<p>What we value, particularly our vehicles, depends very much upon time and place. The sixth generation Honda Civic, built from ’95 to 2000 (and its Rover 200/400 counterpart), is worth scrap money here in TLCB’s home nation. That is despite the fact they go on for ever, and shouldn’t really need scrapping yet at all.</p>
