Starting Febrovery off with a bang

 This is honestly the strangest Rover I have seen come out of any Febrovery, and I’ve seen a lot of whimsical ones. Walter Whiteside Jr often builds in the more whimsical side, but this City Rover tops the cake.

Regardless of its weirdness, it’s pretty cool.
