Infamous Steve: Minimum Voting Requirements

After Entries Close for the Infamous Steve Contest on 17 August, 2024 there will be a two week Voting Period in which we’ll select the Winners for the end of contest prizes.

We’re also holding draws for both the Building Entry Voting and Creative Critic Voting – giving you TWO opportunities to WIN a $25 LEGO Set of your choice.

However, to ensure Voting integrity we have some requirements for Voters…

The Prize Draws

It be quite simple… Vote for the Building Entries and receive a Ticket in the Builder Voting Draw…

Vote for the Creative Critic and receive another Ticket in the Critic Voting Draw…

Steve will spin the wheel and if your number comes up, you WIN a LEGO set!

Then, after Voting has Closed, we’ll draw a Ticket for each at random.

If your Ticket Number is drawn, you WIN a $25 LEGO Set of your choice!

The Requirements

To deter the same person from registering multiple accounts to Vote this is what we’ve devised:

1) Your Eurobricks Account must be Registered Prior to 18 August, 2024

So if you don’t currently have an account, please register one now.

Ensure your Eurobricks account has been registered before Entries Close on August 17

2) A Minimum of 10 Posts

Registering an account is a simple enough, so we’re imposing a minimum Post Count to ensure Voters commit to the same account.

3) Your posts must be at least one sentence long

Perfect spelling and grammar is not required, but you must attempt to write a complete sentence for each of your Posts.

Short Posts like this will get your Votes invalidated

So we will be disqualifying Votes from accounts filled with Posts that are:

A few short words
Only emojis
Images without supporting text

To obtain your 10 Posts, we suggest you respond to the Building Entry Topics since these are the creations you’ll be Voting for.

So you got here after Voting began on August 18?

How quickly can you accumulate 30 Posts at least one sentence long?

Steve is thankful that his account had 10 valid Posts prior to August 18

Well, if you can accumulate 30 Posts prior to Close of Voting on August 31 you may Vote and WIN Prizes in the Voting Draws.

But only after you’ve accumulated those 30 Posts.

So Register a Eurobricks account RIGHT NOW and reply to Building Entry Topics like you’ve never Replied before!

**How can I accumulate enough Posts before the Voting starts?**

To gain your Posts you may:

Reply to Building Entry Topics – this is the best option!
Practice posting in the practice topic.
Introduce yourself in the Hello… my name is forum
Respond to the existing topics in the LEGO Pirates, Pirate MOC forum or Brethren of the Brick Seas Forum.
Reply to the Infamous Steve FAQ topic

But remember: your Posts must be at least one sentence long to be eligible for the Voting Draws and your Votes to be valid.
